Each of the MyEquilibria structures have been designed to maximize muscle activation during workouts, combining the most effective exercises from 9 different disciplines: functional, yoga, athletics, stretching, strength, gymnastics, calisthenics, tactical, martial art.

Each discipline has been analyzed with discriminating criteria of the overall impact it has on the body, including bioenergetics, activation of muscle tissue, heart rate, breathing rate, calories burn, etc. Only the most effective bodyweight training exercises were selected from each of the 9 disciplines and made part of MyEquilibria training system.
